Bringing together the finest design talent from both marque and architect, 130 William features elegant condominiums that introduce new heights of luxury to New York

Breathing new life into New York’s skyscraper genre, Aston Martin Design’s latest collaboration is set within 130 William, a bold new residential tower designed by Sir David Adjaye OBE of Adjaye Associates

The 66-floor tower is home to 242 condominiums, five of which were designed in partnership with Aston Martin Design. The tower’s concrete colonnades create an elegantly layered façade reminiscent of the industrial buildings that once characterised this part of New York, as well as the earliest Beaux-Arts skyscrapers. This strong visual identity is complemented by bold interiors, from the private health club through to the arches within each condominium.

High up on the 59th and 60th floor, the Aston Martin Design apartments sit among the peaks of the world’s most iconic skyline. Bespoke details start at the elevator lobby, where walls are marked out with the marque’s signature crosshatch pattern.

Pieces by leading contemporary designers such as Michael Anastassiades and Konstantin Grcic are paired with custom-built furnishings in marble, blackened oak, brass and glass. Each two- and three-bedroom apartment also has the option of transforming the spare bedroom into either a private office/library or a Simulator Room, which incorporates the high-end E-sports driving system developed by Curv Racing Simulators and Aston Martin Design.

To mark this pioneering design collaboration, each condominium comes with a special companion, designed by Aston Martin Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman and Sir David Adjaye: a limited “130 William Adjaye Special Edition” Aston Martin DBX built by the marque’s personalisation arm, Q by Aston Martin — the first car from Q by Aston Martin to be designed by an architect.
