Perfect pastries, indulgent cakes and Easter treats galore.

Peggy Porschen

The creative cake artists are embracing Easter with their usual blend of storytelling and sweetness.

Their Blossom Bunny Cookies featuring Tonka bean biscuit hand-iced with sugar paste are an ideal treat for your little ones and Peggy’s Easter Box of delights contains ‘Carrot & Lemon’, ‘Chocolate Heaven’ and ‘Cookies & Cream’ cupcakes.

Pump Street Bakery

Pump Street, the award-winning bakery on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast has a growing reputation and rightly so.

Their ‘Colombia Di Pasqua’, a classic Italian sweet bread, similar to Panettone, made with candied peel and covered in almonds is the luxury alternative to hot cross buns that you need in your life.

If that doesn't tempt you, their Box of 6 Eccles Cakes made with French butter puff pastry and filled with an Armagnac-infused combination of currants, raisins and brown sugar will leave you salivating for more.

Pophams

The founder of Pophams, Ollie Gold, spent 7 years working in catering departments in various Formula 1 teams before turning his dream of opening a bakery into a reality.

It’s their pastries that brings in the crowds. Pain au Chocolat and Almond Crossiants fly out of the door and if you’re in the market for more savoury fare, their Bacon and Maple is a rare treat for the tastebuds.

Ole and Steen

Danish bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek joined forces in 2008, building their brand and reputation with bakeries in Denmark, London and New York.

Rye bread loaves are a house speciality and if your tummy is rumbling for a slice of something sweet, the Apple Pies and Marshmallow Whips will give you that sugar rush you crave.

Cutter and Squidge

Founders Annabel and Emily were born into a family of successful restaurateurs and utilised that knowledge and experience to create Cutter and Squidge.

Their signature offering is The Biskie, a sandwiched dessert crossed between a cake and a cookie, filled with cream and other delights such as handmade jams and salted caramel.

If you’re looking for last minute Easter Eggs, their handcrafted Billionaire Filled Eggs are made up of half a milk chocolate shell edged with chocolate vermicelli, filled with salted caramel and a honeycomb digestive crumb chocolate.  Yummy.
