For a limited time, early risers can start their day in style on Soho's Greek Street, complete with Andi Oliver breakfast dishes and a glass of Veuve Clicquot fizz

As part of its 250th birthday celebrations, Champagne house Veuve Clicquot has opened a new pop-up in the heart of Soho. Bringing a touch of light-hearted luxury to the British greasy spoon, The Sunny Side Up Café by Veuve Cliquot offers traditional homegrown breakfast options alongside several of its top Champagnes.

The space has been designed with a sense of fun, cheeriness and optimism, ranging from a vibrant Veuve Clicquot yellow colour scheme through to curated "Sunny Sound Tracks" playing throughout the day, in addition to playful caff-inspired artworks framed on the walls.

The menu has been devised in collaboration with chef, TV presenter and radio broadcaster Andi Oliver. As such, the star dish is "Andi's Waffles", served with a fried egg, crispy bacon, confit cherry tomatoes and the chef's own spiced maple syrup. There is also a Full English with all the trimmings (with options for both vegetarians and carnivores), a curried tofu scramble, and eggs and Marmite soldiers, plus a selection of bacon rolls.

Once you have chosen your breakfast, the café's own "Sunny Sommelier" is at hand with suggestions of a glass - or indeed, a bottle - of Veuve Clicquot to pair with your food. Alongside the Champagne house's signature Yellow Label fizz, the sommelier's Champagne trolley also features the Veuve Clicquot Rosé - ideal for those with a slightly sweeter tooth.
