One of the UK’s most beloved chefs, restaurateurs and now podcasters, Angela Hartnett is known for her simple yet sophisticated Italian cooking. She first rose to prominence during her tenure at Petrus, where she helped the restaurant secure its first Michelin star within just seven months of her joining. Now, with the critically acclaimed Murano and its four sister Café Murano sites, as well as multiple cookbooks under her belt, Angela is truly a British culinary success story. Speaking on a panel alongside industry heavyweights like Richard Corrigan, Chef-Patron of Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill and esteemed restaurateur Jeremy King, Angela will be schooling attendees on how to have a livelier supper.
The son of a farmer, Richard Corrigan has grown from teenage chef to cooking for the likes of Barack Obama and the Queen. He currently runs four sites: Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Corrigan’s Mayfair, Daffodil Mulligan and The Portrait Restaurant in the National Portrait Gallery. Richard also runs Virginia Park Lodge in Ireland, where his principles of championing seasonal, local produce from independent suppliers can be seen in full force.
