In partnership with Mount Gay Rum, The Roundhouse has transformed its iconic Camden terrace into a vibrant Caribbean rooftop complete with cocktails and jerk chicken

Just in time for the height of summer, in partnership with Mount Gay rum, the Camden terrace at the Roundhouse has transformed into a Caribbean haven, complete with Barbadian inspired street food and classic rum cocktails.

The vibrant rooftop area, complete with an extensive rum bar adorned with strings of glowing fairy lights, is a pleasant spot to unwind with a cocktail in hand, as upbeat Reggae tunes drift across the patio area. Bar staff chatter while mixing rum-based cocktails and a selection of mouthwatering Caribbean food including succulent jerk chicken, plantaine chips and flavoursome vegetable or mutton curries are cooked up for the peckish.

Helping guest get into the spirit of things, the bar's cocktail menu includes generous punch bowls for sharing, as well as a whole host of summery cocktails such as Mount Gays signature serve, the Black Storm – a refreshing mix of rum and ginger ale – as well as The Cloudy Apple cocktail which combines cloudy apple with lime and rum.

After a couple of drinks guests can turn their hand to a round of Dominoes or Road tennis or can even try out their hula hooping skills. With all of this on offer, there is no better place to unwind with friends on a warm summer’s evening.

The Barbados Terrace at Roundhouse, Camden is open until 26th August.
