Judgement, enjoyment, and expectations of food and its flavours are formulated based on sensory inputs, and according to research, flavour itself is a multi-sensory construct.
Kitchen theory is driven by a mission to improve global wellbeing through innovations in gastronomy. Founder and chef, Jozef Youssef, is the creative mind behind the studio, specialising in multi-sensory dining with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants.
They offer a supper club once a month, where guests have the opportunity to join the kitchen theory team at the chefs table for an 8-course tasting menu. The evening showcases their culinary creativity which is inspired by art, nature and science.
