The ‘Atlantis Royal has been 14 years in the making.

A 43-story Hotel-and-Resort, The ‘Atlantis Royal’ has opened in Dubai boasting 795 guest rooms, 231 apartments and 92 pools.

Throw in 17 restaurants and bars - from chefs including Heston Blumenthal - and it’s easy to gather why the 87,097 square meter complex is making waves on the Persian Gulf.

Cloud 22, it’s 90-meter rooftop pool hovers 22 floors containing 14 cabanas, each with a private plunge pool. Restaurants on the the ground floor include a Nobu, José Andrés’ Spanish Tapas joint ‘Jaleo’ and a branch of Blumenthal’s experimental London lab ‘Dinner’.

Additionally, there’s a 1.25 mile private sandy beach and a 3,000-square-meter wellness center to relax in after you’ve indulged.

Visitors have been slow to return to Dubai after the pandemic but the Atlantis has recouped some of the $1.4 billion investment by selling apartments priced between $2 million and $49 million on the complex.
