Set in a beautiful 19th century coach house, the 15,000sq ft boutique is set over three floors and features a glass-roofed courtyard complete with a mirrored geometric installation. Fusing the history of the area with cutting-edge fashion and modern art, the independent boutique stocks such cult brands as Alexander McQueen, Peter Pilotto, Victoria Beckham and Temperley London alongside contemporary labels including Isa Arfen, Rixo London, Ganni and Forte Forte. Bringing together fashion, beauty, art and homeware from around the world it is the place to go to discover new labels and unusual, luxury pieces.

Dedicated to supporting and showcasing emerging designers only, 50m is a highly anticipated experimental concept store located in Mayfair’s latest development Eccleston Yards (due to open at the end of June). Working on a evolving basis the pioneering boutique will display the work of up to 30 designers at a time offering an exciting insight into the best emerging creative designers. Providing a space where talented young designers can not only show their collections but also meet customers and other creatives, 50m aims to radically change the way that designer garments are purchased. Initial designers include Kelper, London-based Finnish designer Ka Wa Key, Minki London, Luke Anthony Rooney and eco-friendly, Irish designer Bethany William’s whose clothes are ethically and environmentally sustainable.

Known for its luxurious, minimalist designs, upmarket womenswear brand Galvan made its bricks and motar debut with the opening of its Notting Hill boutique, bringing its slinky, sorbet-hued dresses to west London. Addressing the gap in the market for investment, but not exorbitantly expensive eveningwear, Galvan’s dresses and jumpsuits are all created in Greater London from luxury fabrics in simple, elegant silhouettes. Occupying 600sq ft, the paired-back boutique combines a show room, a bridal atelier and a workspace offering customers the opportunity to tailor garments, view archive collections or create bespoke pieces.
