29th January 2026

What's on in February, you ask? Well, we’re back with our curated monthly guide of what to do, eat and see. From new wellness memberships to three Michelin-star meals and Valentine’s Day on the Orient Express, we’ve got your calendar covered.

Aaaand breathe. January is over. The first month of the year always feels the longest. With the post-Christmas lull, the terribly short daylight hours and the lingering chill that somehow seeps into your bones, all we can say is good riddance. Fortunately, February is looking far more fortuitous. So, without further ado, these are our curated picks for what to do this month.

Kitchen Table x Aulis London Michelin-star Cocktails

Kitchen Table x Aulis London's Michelin-star cocktails.

Dry Jan is officially over and what better way to celebrate than with a Michelin-starred cocktail collaboration? On 3rd February, for one night only, Kitchen Table is stepping away from its usual tasting menu format and instead serving a cocktail series, courtesy of Aulis London. Titled Unpredictable Coupling, the menu will focus on winter foraging and British-made wines and spirits. Bringing together Amine Azil (Bar Manager, Kitchen Table) and Charles Carron Brown (Restaurant/Beverage Manager, Aulis London), the evening will spotlight the drinks programmes behind the two chefs’ tables. Each will present two original cocktails created exclusively for the night, including: Pea & Pippin – Arbikie ‘Nadar Gin’, infused with pea shoots, topped with an apple and lacto fermented honey soda, Rhubarb & Rice — whisky-washed amazake, baked rhubarb and rice infusion, roasted oat bitters and more! Don’t worry you won’t go hungry as each serve will be paired with a snack including oysters, duck terrine and, to finish, St Jude cheese.

Bookings are live now and can be secured via sevenrooms.com

Afternoon Tea at Duck & Waffle

Duck & Waffle's new afternoon tea.

At the height of the Heron Tower, fusion favourite Duck & Waffle is shaking up the classic afternoon tea. No cucumber sandwiches here! From 4th February, the London restaurant will unveil its theatrical reimagining of the British favourite. The experience opens with tableside drama. A hand-painted giant duck egg appears and, once cracked open, reveals a selection of sweet and savoury bites by Executive Chef Jonathan Bowers. Highlights include duck liver tartlet with orange marmalade, Cubano sandwiches with ham, Comté and pickles, lobster rolls with jalapeño and dill, jaffa macarons, sticky toffee waffles, and a decadent hazelnut croquembouche. Optional Champagne and bespoke cocktail pairings are available, and for a limited time, guests will receive a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot with every booking until the end of March 2026.

Sky High Afternoon Tea will be served Monday–Friday, 2:30–4:30 pm, from 4th February 2026, priced at £55pp. Book through duckandwaffle.com

January may be for making resolutions, but February is where momentum is built. Unless you’re celebrating Lunar New Year, in which case, resolutions can quite reasonably wait. Either way, this time of year, there’s an extra emphasis placed on health and wellbeing. Enter Unbound. Based in Shoreditch and founded by Miguel McKelvey (co-founder of WeWork), David Vioque and Arnold Fometé, Unbound, seeks to harness the power of preventative and personalised medicine, as well as community. Included in the membership is an in-person health assessment, combining blood work, functional tests, and a medical review to show you how your body's really doing. You'll then get clear, actionable plan on how to live your healthiest life, the details of which can be found in your digital profile. In an effort to create a culture from the clinic, members are also granted access to Unbound's events and communities.

Unbound launches on 9th February. Join the waitlist at unbound.living

La Dolce Vita Orient Express Valentine’s Day on Rails

There’s something undeniably romantic about travelling on a train. The decadent dining room carriages with white tablecloths, bone china crockery and crystal glass, all enjoyed while passing through stunning scenery, lend even the simplest journey a sense of timeless glamour. For Valentine’s Day this year, La Dolce Vita Orient Express is offering a romantic new trip between Rome and Verona, the legendary city of Romeo and Juliet. Guests will board on the evening of February 13th in Rome and shortly thereafter sit down for a three-Michelin-starred dinner by Heinz Beck, accompanied by live music. On Valentine’s morning itself, the train arrives in Verona and you can devote the day to discovering the city – visiting Juliet’s balcony, Renaissance palazzi, sunlit piazzas – as well as experience a private musical serenading. That evening, back on board, a Valentine’s dinner is specially designed for the occasion, as the train heads back to Rome.

Made in Oldstead Valentine's Day home-delivery seven-course meal.

If Italy isn’t on the cards for you this Valentine’s Day, we have something more home-grown – but don’t worry, it’s absolutely not home-made. Made in Oldstead, the premium, at-home dining experience from Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks, is offering a seven-course tasting menu, delivered directly to your door. You can choose between three different tasting menus – the beef wellington, monkfish or vegetarian menu. You may not get any extra brownie points for pouring over a stove all evening, but you do get canapés, bread courses, palate cleansers - the lot. A better way to spend the evening if you ask us.

Orders for the Valentine's Day menus can be made here.

MasterChef Winner Joins Forces with Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester

We all love watching cooking shows. My personal poison is Saturday Morning Kitchen, however, if MasterChef is more your thing, you’ll want to plan a visit to The Dorchester. On 25th February, for only one night, the freshly crowned amateur winner of MasterChef 2025, Harry Maguire, will be teaming up with Chef Patron, Jean-Philippe Blondet of the three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, to give us what can only be described as an unmissable culinary collaboration. Fans of the show will remember that Harry cooked alongside Jean-Philippe in one of the show’s most iconic episodes, which featured some of the industry’s biggest names. The evening will feature a collaborative tasting menu, which is a reimagining of the dishes that propelled Harry to victory on MasterChef.  The dinner will take place from 6.30pm on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, with a set menu priced from £300 per guest, not including wine pairings.

Reservations can be made here.
