The Collaboration: The Straker Burger
Chef Thomas Straker, who's opening his own restaurant in London this summer, is teaming up with Patty & Bun to create the The Straker Burger available in all outlets throughout July.  The chef, who's previously worked with Heston Blumenthal’s was viral sensation on Instagram and TikTok over lockdown releasing viral videos with the strap-line "food that you want to eat". The Straker Burger fulfils that brief: is made of a double beef patty, smoked cheese, cucumber pickles, salsa verde, bone marrow butter, crispy shallots and burger sauce.

The Pig One: XL Pork Belly Burger
With a brand new outlet on Old Compton Street and one due to open soon in Borough Yards. Burger & Beyond are making a big impact on the big city snack scene. Each restaurant features exclusive burgers and sides and the Old Compton Street branch is serving up an Xl Pork Belly Burger, a signature dry aged beef patty, double American cheese, thick cut crispy rolled pork belly, pickle back slaw & sweet honey mustard sauce, plus a new side, the Cheeseburger Wontons & Mac Sauce, a crispy cheeseburger stuffed wonton with a classic burger sauce on the side.

The Chelsea One: Big K
Le Petit Beefbar, part of the globally recognised collection of Beefbars, opened its first UK restaurant on Cale Street in Chelsea. It’s signature burger might sound simple - Double natural beef patty, cheese and pickles - but it’s a big, juicy wonder of the world and if you’re in the mood for a little extra salty decadence, add some Kobe Beef Bacon to that bad boy.  A Mini Big K is also available for those with smaller stomachs.

The Cultured One: The Soul Burger.
If you’re paying a visit to The British Museum and feeling peckish after slogging around the exhibitions, a brief amble to The Riding House Cafe will be the best decision you made all day. Their soul burger; a beef patty, smoked cheddar, jerk quince mayo, ackee & callaloo, pink pickled onion and smoked streaky Dingley Dell baconis aas good as it sounds and if you add some cassava chips with curry mustard dip, your tastebuds will be popping all the way home.

The Fusion One: Miso Bacon Burger
Starting with a stall on Broadway Market, Black Bear Burger now has four locations across London and their popularity amongst conneusieurs continues to grow.  One bite of their Miso Bacon Burger, a dry-aged beef patty, cheese, smoked bacon topped with miso honey-butter mayo and onions will change your life for the better and for a few extra pounds you can make that beautiful burger a double.

The Import: Hot Tiger Bun
