The Collaboration: The Straker Burger
Chef Thomas Straker, who's opening his own restaurant in London this summer, is teaming up with Patty & Bun to create the The Straker Burger available in all outlets throughout July.  The chef, who's previously worked with Heston Blumenthal’s was viral sensation on Instagram and TikTok over lockdown releasing viral videos with the strap-line "food that you want to eat". The Straker Burger fulfils that brief: is made of a double beef patty, smoked cheese, cucumber pickles, salsa verde, bone marrow butter, crispy shallots and burger sauce.

The Chelsea One: Big K
Le Petit Beefbar, part of the globally recognised collection of Beefbars, opened its first UK restaurant on Cale Street in Chelsea. It’s signature burger might sound simple - Double natural beef patty, cheese and pickles - but it’s a big, juicy wonder of the world and if you’re in the mood for a little extra salty decadence, add some Kobe Beef Bacon to that bad boy.  A Mini Big K is also available for those with smaller stomachs.
