Which galleries and exhibitions will you be visiting?

When I visit my Burlinton Arcade shop, I often pop around the corner to the Royal Academy. They always have such interesting and inspiring exhibitions.

Vetrerie Di Empoli
Coloured wine glasses from Milan's Vetrerie Di Empoli
An item you want to buy?

I want to buy some glasses from Vetrerie Di Empoli on via Monte Napoleone in Milan. I spotted them through the window last time I was there for a day work trip, but sadly had no time for shopping.

I also need to stock up on my favourite organic herbal teas from Dr. Jacksons as well as the candles from Tom Dixon for my living room.

A walk you are looking forward to taking?

I really want to walk along the Pembrokeshire coastal path in West Wales, visiting the quant and picturesque fishing villages alongside the coast.

Any in-the-know shops you might go to?

Flowers are one of my passions, I love to have them at my home and at my work office. I absolutely adore the vast and beautiful selection at FLOWERBX. It is so much fun and so easy to buy from their website. I end up shopping with them almost every week.

A book you're interested in reading?

Proof of Heaven, by Doctor Eben Alexander

Which bars will you be visiting?

Ronnie Scotts, Soho House and 67 Pall Mall

Which cafes?

For an excellent cup of coffee, I go to Coffee Plant on Portobello Road

Where do you go for wellness and beauty treatments?

When I feel like treating myself to a nice spa, I like to go to the Hotel Café Royal–I used to stay there when I was not living in London, so it has very fond, relaxing memories.

For fitness, my kids and I love to go to our MMA/boxing classes with our super trainer Lee Irvine at the Movement Clinic in Kensal Rise.

Any new restaurants?

Fucina in Marylebone - honestly the best new Italian restaurant I have been to in years

Your favourite London-based brand?

I love Amanda Wakeley for her clean lines, perfect fit and glamorous dresses, and Temperley London for their beautiful feminine looks.

Your favourite hidden spot?

My little secret place is called Ohisama on Paddington Street, Marylebone.

For close to home, excellent Greek food (with a twist) I go to Mazi
