Kickstart 2024 with the first ever winter edition of YOXMAN, a lavish experience of Michelin-star dining hosted at the grand Wilderness Reserve. The woodland getaway will be led by exceptional dishes from renowned chefs Raymond Blanc, Tom Aikens and Alex Dilling. In addition to astonishing entertainment and BMWs at your beck and call.

Taking place from Friday 26th until Monday 29th January, this weekend is built for only the most suave foodies. The historic and charming manor house setting is sure to create enchanting evenings as guests delve into the 8000-acre woodland estate and get encased in culinary captivation.

The weekend will go beyond food to a complete package of activities. From wild swimming in the lakes recovered with Hot Toddy's to spa bookings and nature walks. For the motorheads, BMW are the official YOXMAN partner. Meaning that you will see an awful lot of their sleek vehicles around the estate, from the BMW iX to the BMW i4. They will be there at your doorstep to chauffeur you from event to event. As well as to take for a spin during the test drives on Saturday afternoon.

So where do the chefs come in? Each will be preparing a one-of-a-kind feast during the weekend. Tom Aikens bringing the flames on Friday, with a fire feast dining experience topped off with show-stopping fire entertainment. Raymond Blanc will be flaunting his two Michelin-star skillset at the Gala Dinner on Saturday night, hosted in Sibton Park Orangery. Leaving Sunday lunch in the hands of Alex Dilling, followed by a jazz and cocktail night at Chapel Barn. The chance to ask any burning questions is on Saturday morning, where Dilling and Aikens will be hosting a Q&A.
