Crafted with zesty Fino lemons and citrus fruits from Murcia, this premium handcrafted gin marks the latest step in the brand’s ongoing commitment to sustainability

The latest addition to Bombay Sapphire's premium gin offering, Premier Cru Murcian Lemon makes for a truly zingy serve this autumn. Made with Fino lemons from the Spanish region of Murcia, along with notes of mandarin and sweet Navel orange, the London Dry gin is fresh and citrusy yet well-balanced (and refreshingly free of the artificial sweetness of many other flavoured gins on the market).

What's more, each carefully sourced botanical used in the spirit - including the Murcian citrus fruits, which are hand-picked and peeled - is well on its way to being certified sustainable in 2021,. The name "Premier Cru" itself means "best growth", and Bombay Sapphire works closely and fairly with suppliers and famers to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

Once harvested, the citrus notes of the botanicals are harnessed using the brand's signature Vapour Infusion process at the Bombay Sapphire distillery at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, infusing the gin with its natural signature flavour.

Try it with tonic for a zesty take on the classic G&T, or icy cold with a splash of vermouth for an easy-to-make martini. Alternatively, head out see how the pros do it - in celebration of the launch, Bombay Sapphire has teamed up with the recently opened Mondrian Hotel in Shoreditch on two exclusive Premier Cru cocktails. Start with the light, fresh Spanish Cru 75 spritz before sampling the sharper, more complex Murcian Cobbler, served with muddled lemons and manzanilla sherry.
