Each course will feature superb British produce selected by Clare Smyth, crafted around her own journey and love of nature. Clare, who grew up on a farm commented: “I had a deep understanding of what it took to produce food. It would have been in my late twenties that I started to understand what food meant to me personally, this was my part of my journey. We must be connected to our food.
