Victoria Beckham
Thanks to the release of her eponymous Netflix documentary this year, we were able to gain fresh insight into Victoria’s pipeline from Posh Spice to internationally renowned fashion designer. The brand, known for its clean, cruelty-free formulations, sophisticated packaging, and focus on effortless glamour, has gone on to receive widespread industry recognition and expand into the beauty sphere – her foundation drops have a hugely dedicated cult following. A landmark moment came in September 2022, when the brand earned a coveted place on Paris Fashion Week's official schedule, debuting its SS23 collection to critical acclaim. Most recently, in January 2026, Victoria was appointed Chevalière de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by France's Ministry of Culture, in recognition of her contribution to the arts and cultural landscape. Victoria will be featured in the closing keynote interview.
Jonathan Anderson
In the wake of the widely successful showing of his women’s A/W 26 collection at Paris Fashion Week, Jonathan Anderson is fashion’s darling du jour. The Northern Irish designer began his career as a visual merchandiser for Prada, before going on to launch his own brand JW Anderson in 2008. It was his tenure as creative director of the Spanish brand Loewe that really cemented his position at the top of the industry, taking the heritage brand to new heights with his esoteric designs. After 11 years at the helm, Jonathan left Loewe and was appointed artistic director of Dior menswear and creative director of Dior womenswear and couture. Jonathan will take part in the closing keynote interview.
Delphine Arnault
Delphine is a French business executive and one of the most influential names in the global luxury sector, featuring on Fortune’s list of Most Powerful Women in 2023. Starting her career in consulting at McKinsey, Delphine went on to join the LVMH group (which her father Bernard Arnault owns) in 2000, working with former Dior creative director John Galliano’s own label. Since 2003, she has been a member of the management board of the LVMH group – the first woman and youngest person to occupy the post. Delphine also holds board positions at Moët Hennessy, Céline, Loewe, Pucci, Ferrari, amongst others, and has been CEO of Christian Dior Couture since 2023. At the FT Business of Luxury Summit, she will be speaking at the closing keynote interview.
Stéphane de La Faverie
With over 25 years of experience in luxury beauty, Stéphane has exceptional expertise in building and leading global brands, including The Estée Lauder Companies, where he serves as President and CEO. Here, he focuses on building ELC’s historical legacy and looking after the portfolio of brands – Estée Lauder, Jo Malone, Le Labor and more. During his tenure, Stéphane helped build fragrance as another powerful engine of growth for the company, while also leveraging his skin care expertise to drive differentiation for cult-favourite brands in this category and tapping into the growing men’s skin care market. You can hear him speak during the summit’s opening keynote interview.
Joanne Crevoiserat
Joanne Crevoiserat is CEO of Tapestry, Inc. (Coach, Kate Spade New York), where she leads a consumer-obsessed, innovation-driven strategy that has fuelled significant growth and global expansion. Under her leadership, Tapestry surpassed $7bn in annual revenue and earned recognition as one of TIME100’s Most Influential Companies. A seasoned executive with prior roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, Kohl’s, and Walmart, Joanne serves on the boards of General Motors and the Partnership for NYC. Joanne will be part of the panel discussing “how to speak Gen Z”, analysing where luxury brands can connect with this generation of consumers.
Ermeneglido Zegna
Ermenegildo “Gildo” Zegna, a third-generation member of the Zegna family, serves as Group Executive Chairman of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Prior to that, for over 20 years, he led the company, continuing the legacy of the business founded by his grandfather in 1910 and guiding it through a period of significant growth and transformation. He has been Co-CEO alongside his cousin Paolo Zegna since 1998, and since 2006, he served as Group Chairman and CEO. Under his leadership, the Group built one of Italy’s most prestigious luxury textile platforms, acquiring leading companies renowned for producing the finest fabrics. In 2018, he oversaw the acquisition and integration of Thom Browne, and in December 2021, he led the Group’s historic listing on the New York Stock Exchange, making it the first family-run luxury group to debut on the NYSE. In 2023, the Group expanded its portfolio further with the acquisition of TOM FORD FASHION, creating a unique and complementary family of luxury brands. Ermeneglido will be one of the opening keynote speakers at the summit.
